Have you looked in Graegors rapidshare collection for the DVD, he has a LOT in that collection.
Otherwise I do have but......since it is a DVD it is quite large = 2.2 GB - Gonna take some time to upload and download again for you.

I downloaded "Sweet Surrender" and it seems that any of the files is corrupt.
Decompression of "VTS_01_1.VOB" is disrupted in 736 MB and "VTS_01_2.VOB" failure from the start, do not get or 1 MB.
